Hi my name is Joanne and I am a local independent Scentsy consultant.
My Scentsy Journey
I was a Scentsy customer for many years and then in May 2020 I made the decision to step out of my comfort zone and become a consultant. My only regret is that I did not join sooner. I do love how Scentsy is a safer alternative to scented candles especially when I have 2 dogs who wag their tails a lot and get the zoomies quite often chasing each other around the house. I love been a consultant and sharing my passion and love for Scentsy products with others.
I do have a busy lifestyle, I work full time managing a youth and community organisation, which you can imagine is in great demand at this present time. I am a homeowner, married, have 2 sons, and 2 dogs. Scentsy is really flexible as I work at my own pace and fit this around my full time job. There is no pressure at all.
Scentsy for me has not just been about selling waxes and warmers it has given me something to focus on. Its also been great for my mental health over this past year, giving me a distraction and a new hobby. I really do love the interaction and connection I have with people and the new friendships I have made. I have also developed in myself as a person too. I love how you are appreciated and recognised for your hard work and efforts.
A great added bonus to been a consultant is it has helped me pay for my own addiction of waxes and warmers.
What started as a hobby for me back in May 2020 has grown into so much more . The fragrance industry is growing year in year and with more people spending time in their homes, who would not want their home to smell amazing.
If you want to have some fun, build new friendships, be able to support your own love for home fragrance whist being supported by so many people I have the perfect opportunity for you. You do not need specific skills or sales experience to become a consultant. Its all about just sharing your love for the products and there is no hard selling involved as that is not what we do. Selling Scentsy is simply a fun way to earn some additional income with a variety of products everyone loves.
